Popped Up Mac & Cheese 

Serves: 4 | Prep time: 2 min | Cook time: 8-10 min

Ingredients

• 1 box of your favorite Macaroni and Cheese
• 1 Veggie Pop-Ins (Carrot, Broccoli, or Cauliflower)
• Milk and butter as recommended on box

Directions

1. Defrost your Veggie Pop-Ins in warm water
2. Cook the pasta
3. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain.
4. Make the sauce + add Veggie Pop-Ins
5. In the same pan, pour in the cheese mix, milk, and butter (according to recipe on the box). Add  Veggie Pop-Ins and stir until melted and blended smoothly (about 1–2 minutes).
6. Serve
